The Pilot Plant of Frescos Delisano and Grup Cañigueral is a modern 7,000 square meter facility equipped with an applied research kitchen and tasting rooms where a team of professionals perform our R&D.
The process for developing our food solutions starts here: creating the initial idea, scientifically measuring its organoleptic properties (colour, texture, bite, flavour and aroma) and establishing the optimum production models. Each new project is tested here with panels of experts and consumer tests.
Here we also work on continuously improving our livestock production and the most efficient packaging models, always in collaboration with expert professionals from our companies.
All through this process, we work with qualified partners and Spanish technological institutes.
